Datum converter
Your PPP or global-RTK shots are a metre off the NAD83 control on the plans. Convert the whole file to NAD83(2011), with Texas State Plane and UTM columns.
Survey point shifter
Your base position got corrected after the job — OPUS came back, or you finally surveyed it in. Apply that correction to every point you collected, in one pass.
RINEX position updater
Put the corrected coordinates into your RINEX observation file's header before post-processing, so every downstream tool starts from the right position.
