RINEX position updater
Replaces the APPROX POSITION XYZin a RINEX observation file's header with the corrected coordinates — typed in directly, converted from latitude/longitude, or pulled from a pasted OPUS report. Every other byte of the file stays exactly as it was. Files stay on your device.
Why the header position matters
Post-processing tools read the header position as the starting point for the base station. If your receiver logged an autonomous position and you later got a corrected one — from OPUS, CSRS-PPP, AUSPOS, a control point, or a longer observation — updating the header means every processor downstream (RTKLIB, commercial PPK suites, OPUS itself on resubmit) starts from coordinates you trust.
