Questions before you start

Is this a free correction network?

RoboGNSS is a hosted caster for your own base. It delivers the correction stream you supply; the Free plan does not include access to a nationwide reference network.

Will a connection guarantee RTK fixed?

The caster delivers data. Your receiver still needs usable satellite observations, suitable corrections, and the right setup to calculate an RTK fixed solution.

What happens if I downgrade?

Downgrading or canceling keeps your paid plan's features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When the lower plan takes effect, anything over its limits is paused and every setting is kept: within each kind of resource the oldest stay active and the rest are paused. The Free plan has no forwarding and no pull sources, so on Free those are paused whatever their age. Upgrading lifts plan pauses again, up to the new plan's limits. Archived observations are the exception. The lower plan's retention window applies with no grace period: observations older than that window are removed at the next cleanup, and upgrading does not bring them back. Download anything you need to keep before the downgrade takes effect.

What counts as a base station?

Each source — whether your receiver pushes to us or we pull the stream from another caster (paid plans) — counts as one base.

Do rover connections cost extra?

No — there are no bandwidth or data charges. A credential is a rover login: several devices can use the same login, but each connection counts toward the base's simultaneous-connection total. A lower connection limit set on the base itself also applies. When the limit is reached, new connections are told "client limit reached" until a slot frees up.

Which plans can forward my stream to Onocoy?

Stream forwarding is a paid feature: Pro gives you 3 destinations per base and Fleet 5, to Onocoy, RTK2go, or any other NTRIP caster. The free plan runs your own caster, rovers, and RINEX downloads. Onocoy forwards also need a quick receiver-control verification.

How long do you keep my archived data?

Your plan sets the window: 7-day on Free, 30-day on Pro, 90-day on Fleet. Available observations inside that window can be converted to RINEX on demand. If you downgrade, archives beyond your plan's window are removed at the next cleanup, so download anything you want to keep first.

How do I pay?

Card, through the app — subscriptions are handled by Clerk Billing with Stripe underneath. Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the app's billing controls; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it: canceling or downgrading stops the next charge rather than refunding the period you are in. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. The full wording is in the terms; email support@robognss.com about a billing error.

Do the prices include tax?

Prices are in US dollars. For customers in Texas, Texas sales tax on the taxable portion of the service (80% of a subscription charge) is included in the price and remitted by Robota; nothing is added at checkout. Customers elsewhere are responsible for any tax that applies where they are. Email support@robognss.com for a tax invoice or exemption.
