Survey point shifter

You surveyed all day against a base position that later turned out to be off — OPUS came back, or the base got surveyed in properly. This tool applies that correction to every point in your shot files: enter the offset directly, or let it calculate one from the original and corrected base positions. Files stay on your device.

What it accepts

Delimited point files (.sht, .txt, .csv — comma, tab, or semicolon). The latitude, longitude, and height columns are found automatically: from a header row naming them, or from the values themselves when there's no header. RoboDot shot files and typical survey or drone CSV exports both work as-is. Comments, headers, and anything it can't parse pass through untouched, so nothing in your file is lost. Ground elevation columns are height-shifted too where present.

When you'd use it

Any time the base position improves after collection: a PPP solution arrives for the base observation — OPUS, CSRS-PPP, AUSPOS — the base gets tied into a control network, or you started from an autonomous position and later got a proper one. The points move exactly as far and in exactly the direction the base did.
